• Chapters 1 & 2. Illustrated Guide to Theoretical Ecology.

From chapter 2, we will focus on individual variation and temporal variation instead of the spatial bits. Still worth reading the first part of chapter 2 on spatial variation, but for simplicity (and to not introduce space yet) we will go into more detail on pages 30 - 43 of chapter 2.
